Revamped Website Improves Consumer Experience

The luxe cosmetics line, Colorescience, has a new online social presence.

Colorescience has completed its website makeover, and says now it better represents the brand’s new look.

The website’s update includes the “Colorescience Concierge” – a dedicated team trained to offer immediate response to consumer inquiries and product recommendations. Other features include a social media dashboard, and the “Mineral Minute” blog.

Mary Fisher, president/CEO, Colorescience commented:

“On the heels of an exciting year, this was the logical next step in our continued evolution and growth, and we hope that our ever-growing audience benefits from the experience we’ve created.”
In 2013, the company, which is a former division of SkinMedica, expanded its executive team and board of directors, while completing a $10 million Series A Preferred Stock Offering.

Josie Juncal, the company’s chief commercial officer, added:

“We are excited to improve the brand experience for both consumers and our professional partners. Our new site offers dedicated areas for education and interaction which allows us to directly communicate with our partners and support their success with patients, clients or celebrities.”
